Yes. ProQmed is built specifically for secure medical implant logistics, with access limited to verified surgeons, hospital staff and implant suppliers.

Browsing the implant directory and educational courses is open to everyone. Requesting quotes, tracking orders and managing listings requires signing in with an account for your role (surgeon, hospital management, or implant company).

Use the "Surgeon" role card on the homepage to browse the implant directory and find products from suppliers across South Africa.

Once you’ve found the implant you need, submit a Request for Quote (RFQ). Your request goes directly to the relevant supplier, who can respond with pricing and availability.

Use Track Order to see live status updates for any implant request, from confirmation through to dispatch and delivery at the theatre.

Visit Surgeon Upskilling to browse cadaver labs, workshops and CPD-accredited courses offered by implant companies near you.

Sign in with a Management account to get oversight of theatre cases and real-time order status for your facility.

ProQmed organises suppliers into Government, Private and Provincial sector directories, making it easy to find the right supplier depending on your hospital’s procurement route.

Sign in with an Implant Company account to add your products to the directory so surgeons and hospitals across South Africa can find and request them.
